Overview
Job Description
My client are looking for a Senior Planner with 5+ years experience, to work on schemes ranging from £60million to £150million in value. The ideal candidate would tender specific projects and once achieved, take the contract out to site through to completion. Duties and responsibilities include: Dealing with all aspects of construction programming including production of tenders, strategic, design and procurement Providing all levels of programming from master planning, design, team programmes and procurement strategies Involved in the production of phasing plans and programmes to determine construction sequences Coordinating the input of all departments into the programme and liaising with site teams regarding their development To develop, manage and maintain project schedules, tenders and associated breakdown structures Identify interfaces, promote and monitor milestone definition sheets, establish baselines, code and resource schedules Depending on the calibre of the candidate, my client would look to pay up to £100k plus package.
