Job Description
Technology is everywhere. We are a community of engineers who can analyse our clients' business needs and use technology to help companies through their digital transformation, in turn making a positive impact on society. Sparta Global is the "Female Grad Employer of the Year" winner at the Women in Tech awards 2018 and we are now looking for amazing graduates to join us and become the next generation of leaders in tech. We employ people with different backgrounds to help our clients effectively, so our consultants have come from a wide range of STEM degrees. We invest in your career from the get go by offering commercially relevant training and live business case studies, labs and workshops as part of our Graduate Scheme. Following the training, our consultants get to work on a 2-year rotational programme to deliver a variety of digital transformation projects, combining business and technical acumen to help clients design the best strategies and solve business problems. Graduates here get to work with some the biggest names in industry including some of the FTSE 500 companies. You'll carry out business analysis working with inspirational leaders on client site, you'll work on exciting projects that make a huge ROI impact for the clients and you'll make recommendations that can change the way in which companies do business, think about the future and hence make a big impact on society as a whole. Vacancies : We are looking to hire over 250 new Graduate Consultants in 2019 alone. Recruitment Criteria: We are looking for graduates with a passion for Business and who are keen to develop their skillset through continuous personal and professional development. We accept students from any STEM degree discipline.
