Were hiring a Medical Director to lead clinical strategy and operations for Numan. Brief Description Working directly alongside the CEO and the rest of the management team, the Medical Director will be responsible for the development and delivery of propositions that fulfill Numans promise to help men lead healthier and happier lives. The role demands strong leadership qualities, high levels of cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation. The Medical Director will need to balance the requirement for strong strategic thinking; a need to execute in a fast-moving organisation and to ensure that all activities meet the regulatory and legal framework of the country theyre being delivered in. Essential Functions * Lead the evolution of Numans operating and therapeutic model across a number of conditions affecting male health. * Directly influence the companys strategic direction. * Feed clinical requirements into the product roadmap. * Build and develop a high-performing clinical function. * Be a strong strategic partner to cross-functional colleagues including Commercial, Product Development Marketing, and Operations. * Review and approve of medical and marketing materials and activities in line with national regulations and effective execution and maintenance of policies. * Develop influential relationships with key external partners to develop Numans current and future offering. * Support Numans positioning as a trusted authority on mens health. Requirements * Experience in digital health is highly desirable. * Experience in digital health. * Commercially minded with an interest in innovation around specialist healthcare. * Deep understanding of the UK healthcare system and the wider regulatory framework. * Experience in establishing strong partnerships with relevant third-parties. * Excellent command of spoken English and a flexible, independent, and proactive working style. * Registered Medical Doctor with a license to practice in the UK.
