Job Responsibilities: * We are looking for a Senior Designer with a genuine passion and commitment for consumer branding and big brand ideas. Your General Skills * Fluent in the use of relevant design software * Sound technical knowledge across, print production processes and materials * Excellent time and project management * Good communication and presentation skills * Ensure that administration, company protocol and standards are maintained * Broad Requirements: * Accurate and on time completion of time sheets * Develop and display a thorough knowledge of digital software required in your role * Take pride in your environment - i.e. creating a tidy and inspiring space to work within * Ensure presentations are well designed and rooted in strategic thinking * Presentation Skills * Construct clear and convincing presentations for internal and client purposes * Present work to clients in a confident and focussed manner * Roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile in order to set us apart from our peers and competitors * Team working * Support junior members of the team to understand their role, brief and assignment deliverables * Assist senior members of the team in client's business and servicing them * Share previous experience and learnings with members of the team * Working in collaboration with client service team to support them * Liaise with client services, design and production to ensure quality of service and product * Input into to each design critique and ensuring your voice is heard * Question and challenge briefing documents where appropriate to get better results * Inspire, nurture and support design talent of your level and below * Inspire, support and impress design talent of your level and above * design thereafter * Take ownership, responsibility and accountability of client projects * Let other team members in to help you realise them * Briefing illustrators, lettering artists and general suppliers, art directing photo-shoots * Assist in the budgeting and assessing of the most appropriate third party partners and suppliers * Assist in creating case studies to capture projects for company presentations * Design and Implementation * Attempt to have your design chosen every time and helping to implement the winning * Use design strategy to solve positioning and innovation challenges in client briefs * Your Roles and responsibilities Work to best support Anthem's core values and behaviours: Be passionate, be creative, be collaborative, be sociable, be heard Concept Generation * Drive innovative, inspired thinking and idea based concept work to challenge expectations *
