Job Description
Are you an experienced Telesales Rep looking for your next exciting challenge? A s a member of the Merchant Acquisition Team in Viva Wallet, you will be responsible for the development of prospective clients by building rapport and relationships and raising awareness of the Viva Wallet products / services with the objective of selling our services over the phone. You will work as part of a small, well trained team of agents, enabled with cutting edge technology and a management team with experienced knowledge of outbound calling. Your objective will be to sell highly competitive and innovative products / services in the financial sector and meet achievable, realistic targets. As part of this team, you will enjoy a high-end base salary, as well as a competitive commission rate based on performance of targets. As a Telesales Representative you will: * Contact prospective clients through outbound calling to drive awareness of the Viva Wallet offering and competitive advantage with the ultimate target of selling our services directly over the phone; * Build rapport and business relationship by asking the right questions to get a clear idea of the clients current needs and services in place to then advertise Viva Wallet offerings in a way to appeal to the prospects needs; * Make a positive and compelling presentation of the products/ services driven by your in depth understanding of the market, the product, services features and advantages for the specific prospect; * Prove quotations over the phone to the customers using the information they provide; * Close calls by selling the product/ services directly where possible. * Set appointments where needed for a member of the field sales team to visit the customer or schedule a call back if unable to sell directly; * Enter and update customer data / other useful information in the CRM system; * Always strive to talk to a Decision Making Contact and qualify your prospects; * Be eager to discuss and resolve issues with your supervisor in order to contribute to better call results; * Undertake all relevant training and refresh training as relevant to your role; * Promote a team spirit and be able to learn from your colleagues; Requirements To be considered you should have: * Successful experience in Outbound Telesales; * Proven success track record in Telesales and Appointment Setting; * Excellent verbal communication skills; * Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and drive results; * Ability to understand simple financial products / services features and advantages; * Experience in working within a Contact Centre environment; * Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; * Resiliency and persistence to be able to handle objections; * Motivation to succeed, both personally and financially; Benefits Salary: 21,500.00 per year + target based commission Holidays: 22 days + Bank holidays Hours: 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday - Friday Location; Milton Keynes Central Contract type: Permanent following 3 months probation period
