About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a team of seven in a dynamic and fast moving environment. The role requires a strong candidate with good knowledge of finance operations and the ability to get involved with all aspects of the day to day activities of the finance department. The role has a broad remit and will provide excellent finance exposure. The role requires a strong understanding of Financial Accounting together with the ability to problem solve, work independently and directly with team members. General responsibilities include financial reporting, regulatory reporting and management accounting together with a variety of ad-hoc tasks across finance. Responsibilities * Prepare annual financial statements under FRS102 and a variety of international accounting standards, ensuring technical accuracy * Provide guidance and ensure appropriate accounting practices are adopted * Regulatory reporting for Hong Kong, Netherlands and UK * Support team members across finance and the Group Financial Controller * Liaising with Auditors in the UK, Singapore, Amsterdam and Hong Kong during the annual audit * Preparation of Management Information * Involvement in projects together with other key stakeholders across the global business Requirements * A qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with at least 2 years PQE * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy * Strong work ethic * Strong Excel skills Desired * Candidate should be positive, confident, self-motivated, proactive and flexible * Experience in producing financial statements in multiple accounting regimes * Experience and knowledge of SUN accounting system or similar * Experience in financial services
