Build Space is a next generation talent collaborator specialising in the supply of engineering, management, commercial and technical candidates to the built environment. We are looking to hire a number of Trainee Recruitment Consultants to help drive our business further forward. You will receive excellent training, the best toolkit in our space and some existing clients to help get you started. As a Trainee Consultant, you will work in a team environment while having individual activity and sales targets to help your development. Trainee Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities: * Sourcing candidates via existing database, advertising, internet, business contacts and direct recruiting * Meeting or having video conferencing with candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences * Prospecting for new client business by meeting hiring managers in order to understand their recruitment needs * Making recommendations to clients regarding the candidates available to best meet their requirements * Building your own personal brand using social media platforms * Providing customer service for existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met * Liaising with team-mates to accomplish business growth goals Trainee Recruitment Consultant Requirements Essential * Confident and enthusiastic individual * Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a competitive team-driven environment * Able to build and maintain relationships * Keen multi-tasker Desirable * Prior experience in recruitment, business development or a sales based environment Company Perks * Basic salary - £22k per annum plus a competitive and uncapped commission structure (OTE in Year 1 of £35,000) * Pension * Paid Travel (up to Zone 5) * Performance Recognition Rewards - our top performers go on all expenses international trips, recent locations have included Las Vegas, Miami and Lisbon * Monthly team lunches and Quarterly team celebratory socials for achieving targets * Gift vouchers for achieving individual targets If you are interested in this position, e-mail your CV to Dominic Coyne at the e-mail address: dominic.c@buildspaceuk.com
