Job Description
This is a Studio-based role managing operations in an ecommerce photography studio. The role would have responsibility for managing the Photography and Videography Studio, directing a variety of projects to drive brand initiatives. Report directly to the Operations Director, leading a team of 8 full time employees and freelancers, managing the administrative operations of the studio, including the product flow in the studio, resourcing and client communications. Priority tasks: Establish systems and processes, improve efficiency, reduce cost, and optimise performance. Team members, evaluating potentials, assessing qualifications and competencies in regard to job requirements. We are looking for an experienced Studio Operations professional who has a track record of building strong relationships, a leader with outstanding communications skills, collaborative and influencing style of working, enhancing competencies of team and engaging key stakeholders. They must also have experience streamlining the period of time to site for an ecommerce product, maximising performance and displaying efficiency and expertise. They must also have experience in designing and setting up new workflows for ecommerce photography including model stills and videography to improve service delivery and productivity. For this role you will need your own car as access to the studio is not possible via public transport.
