As the Operations Management Graduate you will have the scope to gain further qualifications within leadership and lean manufacturing, they offer free parking, 33 days holiday, company pension and excellent career development opportunities Job Description: As the Operations Management Graduate, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across all departments including planning, materials, production, quality and technical You will be involved with materials management, planning materials, looking at forecasting, stock and production timelines You will spend time in each individual area gaining a full understanding of the business operations and the manufacturing process As an Operations Management Graduate, you will look at manufacturing problems, analyse, looking at trend and investigate, looking at techniques, process improvements, implementing improvement changes You will be involved with costings, efficiencies, wastage, workflow and quality controls Using lean manufacturing techniques As an Operations Management Graduate, you will take a hands-on approach in the day to day responsibilities and leadership of a team.
