Job Description

The Client Service Representative performs moderately complex and varied assignments. . Works with limited supervision. Will service a sub-set of the Futures and OTC Cleared Client base in EMEA for FCX Operations. Demonstrates technical/administrative expertise. Applies specialized functional area skills and in depth product knowledge. Understands the Front-to-Back trade and Operational flows of a Clearing Member. **Responsibilities:** + Deliver Service to FCX EMEA Clients. + Escalate Issue as appropriate + Work with Operations teams to resolve issues for clients + Provide Demos of the Citi Velocity Platform to new/existing clients + Work with Onboarding and Intergration teams when new clients are onboarded + Look for internal efficiencies in existing processes and systems + Ensures that all CASS and Trust clients are handled appropriately + Work with internal Projects teams as appropriate **Qualifications:** + 7+ years experience in Clearing (ETD or cOTC) + Self-starter/motivated + Able to work with limited oversight + Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and time management skills + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Client facing experience; strong background and interest in the fields of operations + European language skills a definite advantage ----- Grade :All Job Level - All Job FunctionsAll Job Level - All Job Functions - GB ----- Time Type :Full time ----- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
