We are currently hiring for a Debt Reporting Manager to join our team in London. An overview of the role: * You and the Debt Reporting Team will be responsible for the reporting and support of financing facilities throughout their lives; * This is a newly established team and you will work in parallel with the Capital Markets Structuring Function to implement transactions; * Each new transaction will have an appointed implementation manager with the Debt Reporting Manager having significant oversight over this role; * You will be responsible for engaging and working with multiple internal stakeholders, including the Finance function more generally, Risk Tech Implementation; * Given the structure of the business, there is no clean dichotomy between servicer reporting and cash manager reporting. The Debt Reporting Team shall be involved at an earlier stage of reporting than would be typical for a more standard cash manager role as a result; * Ongoing responsibilities will include: * Ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of necessary investor reports to end investors and (where applicable) regulators; * Assisting in the implementation of transactions from a reporting and operational perspective; * Liaising with other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of transactions * Ensure continuity and timely reporting on an ongoing basis * Anticipate reporting issues and prevent them at the structuring stage Requirements We are looking for candidates with the following: * Significant demonstrable experience in a cash management / investor reporting role - either at a servicing entity, or a specialist cash manager; * Experience in leading/ managing a team of specialists; * Knowledge of regulations and other factors affecting securitisation debt reporting and debt reporting more generally; * Experience working with SME loans, credit cards, working capital facilities, or overdraft facilities is preferable * Fluent English language skills are required and German language ability would be advantageous Benefits What's life like as an iwocan?
