Are you an experienced Registered Manager with extra care experience? Are you looking to join a leading charitable care provider? Apply here I am recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager who has a provable track record in managing extra care services (domiciliary experience will be considered) to join the UK's leading charitable care provider to oversee 3 schemes in Central Bedfordshire. The Registered Manager will oversee 3 extra care services for older people which includes a homecare agency. The Registered Manager role is a full time permanent post paying £32,671 on a Monday to Friday work pattern. You will be managing a team including Deputy Manager, Care Coordinators and Support Workers. The Registered Manager must have QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent Previous CQC registration for either extra care or domiciliary services Provable track record in achieving minimum Good in CQC inspections via reports Strong knowledge of person centred care, safeguarding, quality assurance and delivering high quality care If this sounds like your next role, please apply
