Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join a well-established, family run SME that operate within the automotive lighting sector. This role will be based in Winchester and as a Marketing Manager you will be tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. Key responsibilities and duties of this role.. * Help shape, promote and protect the company's brand, acting as a true ambassador. * Create and execute an annual marketing plan with budgets and activities. * Play a key part in the brand positioning, working with partners to generate insights, market research and analysis. * Execute a programme of brand consistency across the company product range. * Develop and maintain all aspects of the product launch strategy and integrate with the current NPI process. * Ensure the company website is the the 'go-to' resource for our target market, delivering the ultimate customer experience. * Ensure all marketing and brand activities fit with the core values of the company , and deliver real benefit to customers.
