Job Description

The 10x Security team is responsible for the secure design and operation of the 10x platform along with securing the wider 10x organisation. Both the platform and the organisation are using the latest technologies and working practices to provide world class service to our clients and colleagues. We provide bank grade security but with latest technology, genuinely agile delivery, and without the legacy technology issues facing most banks. We are looking for Security Product Owner to join the team and champion the security of the 10x Platform as a key competitive advantage for clients. The role is within our Security team but will work closely with the rest of the Product Management leadership team to define the roadmap and ensure the 10x platform meets all clients security requirements. Requirements Essential: * Experience in a Product Management role. * Experience in various business analysis techniques. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * A proven ability to learn and adapt to new, complex environments * In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies & disciplines. * Experience working collaboratively in a cross functional team. * Broad security experience across domains with deeper expertise in a number of Identity and Access Management, Network Security, Data Security, Mobile Security, End User Security, Cloud Security. * Experience with at least some of the following security tools, Akamai, Apigee, Imperva, Forgerock, Threatmetrix, Dome9, Qualys and Fortify along with cloud native security controls. * Experience of securing supply chains and third-party assurance processes used within banking. Desirable: * Experience in a Security Product Management role. * Experience with microservice based cloud native architectures, relational databases, big data and streaming technologies, continuous integration. * Track record of successful delivery in Financial Services environment or relevant industry to domain. * Refining and help prioritising future security enablement and enforcement features. * Defining roadmap/intent of security tooling and processes in the areas of * AWS Security * Container security * CICD aligned vulnerability management * Cloud secret management Benefits * Competitive About 10x 10x Future Technologies Services is a strategic solutions business working to transform banking and make it 10x better for customers, banks and society.
