We've sown the seeds, so to speak. The Category Manager has overall responsibility for the P+L, results, growth strategy and brand identity. You will be responsible for own site (myvegan.com) and vegan category on Myprotein. Responsibilities * Working in a new fast growing team, tasked with addressing top down product category growth across the group. * Identifying new and innovative ways to drive growth to the website as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels. * Running daily site activity * Creating the monthly trading calendar * Setting up offers for all channels * Merchandising and optimising list pages, strip banners, product pages * Building landing pages for lead gen/campaign activity * Establishing new ways to acquire customers and subsequent customer management for retention * Creating the monthly email plan with CRM/Content * Leading all key vegan activity (Birthday, WVM, Black Friday) * Working with Finance to phase daily targets for site and category * Commercial reporting to SLT and Myvegan team * Coordinating activity with regions/locales to give product/range exposure * Working with Myp marketing teams to give NPD and evergreen exposure * Manage stock and kitting of Myvegan products * Working with NPD to provide forecasts and bring product to market, plus ensuring sufficient stock with Supply Chain * Commercial reporting of category reporting and monitoring top line numbers (revenue, GP, NC etc.) Requirements * University Degree preferred * Previous experience in category management preferred * Strong academic track record * Strong interest in Digital marketing channels and e-commerce * Proven communication and influencing skills * Commercially astute, ambitious and highly intelligent individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility. * Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true 'start-up', agile environment with early responsibility for key decision making.
