Description Basic 30 - 45k OTE 80-120K+ Vine Resources is a specialist technology & change recruitment company providing Talent Solutions for fast growing and leading brands in the UK, Europe, USA and Australia with a turnover of 4.8 Million and looking to go to the next level. Reporting weekly to the Sales Manager either in person or virtually you role will include: Role * You'll be developing highly targeted client relationships providing our recruitment services both over the telephone, via video and in-person meetings with a objective to be the go to trusted recruitment partner in your market area. * You'll be building long term relationships with clients and candidates in a particular niche area both over the telephone and in person so you become the go-to person in this market place for these positions. * Negotiate commercial terms and closing business over the phone and in person * You'll look to establish yourself as a strategic player in the market by adding value to your network and gaining market intelligence. * You'll be attending industry events and meet ups and becoming a trusted adviser to your clients as well as the candidate communities. We will invest in you with our internal and external sales and recruitment training and development programme to ensure you can be the best you can and achieve your goals. Fast Track career progression - become a Team Leader/Manager within 12-18 months. International travel may be required depending on the market areas. Requirements You will have a minimum of 3 years proven track record in recruitment (contract or permanent) placing professional candidates in fast moving industries like Broadcast Media, Technology, Insurance, Finance services, Aviation or Telecommunications. You'll be a high performing billing consultant looking for a more flexible way of working with the support and infrastructurearound you to achieve even more.
