About the opportunity ICS Group currently require a Senior 365 Systems Engineer to join our growing Infrastructure team managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure platforms. What you will be doing The chosen candidate will help to monitor, maintain and support all Systems, Servers and Network Infrastructures. * Help develop and deliver a digital workplace strategy which feeds into the end user technology roadmap * Ensuring a consistent integration and user experience between different elements of the workplace. * Influencing the IT and application architecture, ensuring solutions bring benefits to the end users, ensuring solutions are prepared for operational deployment * Provide 3rd Line problem resolution to ServiceDesk technicians and customers * Ensure that in-depth 365 skills and knowledge are documented and transferred to the in-house team and end users. * Work closely with vendors to ensure there is clear visibility of product lifecycle to ensure we are ahead of the curb when products become end of life. About You * Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload. * You have a friendly and outgoing demeanour and can also maintain professionalism within a professional capacity. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage and build Relationships. * Well organised, and familiar with Project Management Methodologies Experience & Qualifications required * Minimum of 3 years' experience within Infrastructure\Server Support * Microsoft Active Directory including Domain Migration/Integration. * Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 * Microsoft Office 365/SharePoint/Skype/Teams/Intune * Microsoft Azure Administration * Microsoft Windows 10 * Microsoft Exchange 2013/365 Hybrid * VMWare Infrastructure ESXI 6/6.5/6.7 including vCenter and associated tools & automation What we can offer you In exchange for your hard work we can offer you a competitive salary, 25 days holiday which increases with years of service, company pension scheme, season travel ticket loan, holiday incentives abroad and awards for excellent performance alongside the opportunity to be part of a supportive and successful team.
