Title: Graduate Training Scheme: NORWEGIAN Salary: £34,000 (this is an entry level role) Role: This is a formal, top tier, graduate training scheme and the client is looking for the very best graduates from internationally recognised Universities. There is very rapid career, and remunerative, progression in this role. Duties This is a classic graduate trainee role. We are looking for recent graduates from 2019 or 2020 from the very best universities in the world. You will be working in a client-facing, business-oriented capacity and will use your fluency in Norwegian regularly. * Identify and approach specialists with the knowledge that can help your corporate clients * Adhere to specific sales driven targets * Working in a highly educated, highly talented and fast paced international team * Liaising with corporate clients and connecting them with business experts/consultants in their field * Acting as the first point of contact between clients and industry experts. * Developing real personal ties with thought leaders, industry experts and learning what they have to offer and then matching them to companies requiring very specific commercial advice and insights that will help them grow their business * Managing a portfolio of corporate clients. Work will be on a variety of deadline orientated projects * "Interviewing" experts over the phone in order to assess whether their expertise is a relevant match to the client, taking detailed notes and reporting to the client. Requirements * Fluency in Norwegian * A strong academic record * Happy to take on a role with a business building element (sales element)
