OVERVIEW: To ensure commercial asset security management, reduce the risk of loss and provide secure work environment for employees by effectively managing a contracted service ensuring compliance with INEOS Group policies and procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop a site-specific fire protection and fire risk assessment which is in line with Group standards, local legislative requirements and Insurance guidelines. * Develop a site-specific security plan which accounts for access control and necessary surveillance which will minimise loss and allow only authorised persons to site. * In conjunction with sites, develop business contingency plans to ensure production disruptions can be managed effectively and alternative work arrangements can be accounted for and communicated to employees. * Establish KPIs (key performance indicators) and SLAs (service level agreements) for contracted security service support to work to and be measured against which protects INEOS interests. * This strategic and at times tactical role will focus on securing and protecting INEOS emloyees, interests and property and look to add maximum value from contracted services by diligently measuring SLAs aginst services received. Requirements DESIRED EXPERIENCE: * Diploma (level 5) or equivalent. * 5-7 years of progressively responsible, security related experience required. * 2 years prior fire prevention/ protection experience or equivalent fire education required. * Demonstrated understanding of security operations required and proven experience in practical problem solving. * Thorough working knowledge of the requirements of fire safety and related safeguards. * Demonstrated knowledge of first aid at work requirements, necessary training and equipment needed and maintenance required. * Understanding of site fire mains and necessary Preventative Maintenance needed. * Previous automotive experience is advantageous. * Knowledge of electrical safety (including busbar distribution) and necessary safeguards. * Fully conversant with high risk rescue techniques (confined spaces, work at height, etc.). * Thorough understanding of chemical (including gas) hazards and control measures.
