Overview: Do you have a passion for managing international programs and working with teams across an organisation to drive business improvement and operational excellence? Are you excited by the prospect of joining a fast-growing field organization that is helping to accelerate success with Small and Medium-sized Business customers across the EMEA region? As a Senior EMEA Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to help drive the operating framework, go-to-market strategies and programs for the broadest and most dynamic customer segment. Your work will engage you with a diverse range of stakeholders and business challenges, as you help build the future with AWS. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the EMEA SMB Leadership Team on the development, management and implementation of the SMB Business Framework Manage a portfolio of programs and business improvement initiatives to support segment growth, field effectiveness and operating excellence Develop programmatic approaches / scaling mechanisms to drive the broad adoption of programs and initiatives with country teams Establish and track key performance metrics; perform analysis of business performance and trends, identify opportunities for improvement Manage key governance routines for the SMB segment Promote organizational learning and the exchange of best practices across countries and regions Provide direction and coaching to country SMB teams Act as a mentor/coach for talent in the SMB segment Key Interactions: Role will require regular interaction with the SMB Segment leadership and Area SMB field teams, as well as executives and teams from the support and scaling functions, including Sales Operations, Field Readiness and Enablement, Demand Generation, Specialised Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Solution Architects.
