Our client is a long-standing organisation who specialise in service-based design solutions across a wide range of industries and sectors. Job Description: The role of Project Coordinator will be based from our clients Stoke on Trent office. The role of Project Coordinator will focus on the coordination and delivery of rail customer projects and liaison with customers and internal departments to ensure the efficient delivery of implementation projects. The role of Project Coordinator will be reporting to the Senior Rail Project Coordinator, you will be expected to take ownership of assigned tasks, manage customer expectations and ensure consistent and clear communication with colleagues and customers. To be a successful Project Coordinator a candidate needs to have strong organisational skills and the ability to take complete ownership of tasks. As the role of Project Coordinator involves liaison with customer; good communication skills are essential.. Main Duties: * Building, developing, promoting and nurturing collaborative and transparent relationships with clients. * Coordination and management of customer projects which require central administration and control. * Management of customer expectations. * Acting as company representation and liaison for quotes and quote requests. * Acting as liaison for installation and field-based personnel to assist in the resolution of issues or difficulties. * Raise relevant internal paperwork on receipt of order. * Raise relevant paperwork and liaise with production, dispatch to ensure efficient, timely and accurate project delivery. * Ensure raw material and any sundry goods and equipment are ordered and delivered to client's site to facilitate efficient project delivery. * Assist and support with invoicing. Candidate Requirements : * Use of Microsoft Excel - tracking projects * Liaising with customers via the telephone and in writing via email - therefore strong communication skills are a must * Liaising with internal departments to coordinate projects * Working to deadlines * Adhoc administrative tasks as required.
