Project Accountant Stoke on Trent c 3 month contract Day rate Your new company My client based in Stoke on Trent is looking for a qualified Project Accountant to oversee the development of a full set of policies and procedures for the accounts department. Your new role As a Project Accountant you will review the current policies and procedures and design a package for the department while working closely with accounting department . You will review and recommend improvements to processes where appropriate, research legislation and maintain and follow effective escalation policies and procedures. What you'll need to succeed You will be fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience in a similar project, strong communication skills and ability to coordinate high profile tasks with minimum supervision. You will have the ability to challenge the Status Quo with a questioning, tenacious mind set and ability to win trust and support of stakeholders.
