Restaurant Supervisor at 5* Hotel Tucked away in the heart of historic St James's and just minutes from London's iconic landmarks and vibrant West End, The Stafford London is the epitome of traditional British luxury. Your responsibilities will include: * Being responsible for monitoring service and/or product standards, in order to maintain the quality and profitability of the Restaurant. * Ensuring the Restaurant is always organised to meet business demands, with particular attention being given to stock control and payroll. * Ensuring that all food and beverage controls and systems in place are followed at all times. * Building an internal and external network, whilst keeping up to date with current trends and the local marketplace. * Promoting a positive attitude and displaying the ability to 'make things happen'.
