Job Description We are currently looking to recruit graduate and experienced sales executives for our expanding media sales team in Central London. Key responsibilities: * Identify relevant companies and target senior decision makers through cold calling * Develop and maintain an on-going database of existing and potential new clients * Initiate outbound cold calling to prospective clients * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed * Achieve personal sales and KPI targets * Develop and grow a strong comprehension of the sales skills required for the role Candidate Requirements: * Highly motivated, ambitious and confident * Someone who thrives in target-driven environments who would like an opportunity to make their mark in the industry. * Tenacious * Charismatic * Excellent communicator skills outgoing personality * Some sales experience would be ideal A determination to sell successfully and have an unlimited drive to succeed is the most important factor in candidates Reasons to join Compelo: * Base salary with an uncapped commission structure, realistic earnings of 35k-60k OTE in first year, dependent on experience & level of role (considerably more for overachieving) * Realistic potential for recent graduates to begin successful career in sales and achieve a generous earning potential * Central Nottingahm location * Exciting and vibrant work environment Additional Information Applicants must have eligibility to work in the United Kingdom on a long term or permanent basis .
