We are looking for ambitious, high energy Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team, to fast track their career and work in the exciting, rapidly growing world of Customer Experience and Digital Transformation. Whilst we welcome candidates who have experience within CX and Digital, we are happy to talk with talented recruitment consultants who have worked in other markets, what is most important is your attitude and ambition. As a specialist recruiter, we have no desire to be the biggest - we just want to be the best at what we do, the 'go to' people for our clients and candidates. The role: Initially, you will join our delivery team where your focus will be on working on assignments fed to you by our Practice Leads - both contract and permanent. Your primary objectives being to build your knowledge of our markets, source great talent and exceed client expectations. You could be sourcing professionals working in one or more of our Practice areas: CX & Digital Service CX & Digital Insight Digital Transformation Digital Marketing & Sales CX & Digital Technology You will be coached through a personalised development programme to develop you into a Senior Consultant as fast as your ambition and capability will support. At this point you will join one of our Practices where we will support you with building and growing your own desk. What we're looking for: Essentially, we want smart, ambitious, high energy people who are ready for a new challenge. People who are driven by success, get a buzz from delivering an excellent service and who possess a strong desire to do the right thing. We are looking for people who can evidence at least a year of successful Recruitment experience - either within an agency or internally where the focus has been on one or more of the areas that we specialise in. If you are able to demonstrate an ability to build great relationships, think laterally, work independently, be super organised and work at pace - we'd like to talk.
