You are a fearless and an accomplished senior media professional with 10+ years of experience in media either with an agency, consultancy/ auditor, with at least 5 years' experience in traditional auditing. You have a passion and confidence to work closely as a trusted advisor to some of the world's major advertisers across the globe. You may have worked in a different type of corporation, even in a different role in the past but now you want to showcase your passion for media and marketing, attention to detail, analytical mindset and obsession for delighting clients. About the role This is a newly created role for a brilliant Client Services Director to make an impact with our clients. You'll work across our assurance / media auditing portfolio to lead client delivery teams and deliver the best quality solutions to have a hugely positive impact on our client's business success. At ID Comms we need our staff to be "fearless (not reckless)". This simply means being confident in your own knowledge and skillset in order to add value to our projects and become a highly effective part of our teams. More specifically, you'll be: * Developing and leading our Assurance client development strategy * Nurturing cross and up sell opportunities amongst our existing clients across Assurance products * Helping to train Advisory staff in understanding our Assurance product suite and support opportunities as they arise * Increasing the number of multi-year deals with current and new clients * Working with other senior leaders in Assurance, new business and marketing teams to lead identification of appropriate routes to market to drive company revenue across Assurance * Working in partnership with Digital Practice Director and Performance Practice Lead, provide holistic Assurance programmes for clients * Helping to improve the audit knowledge and expertise of the team * Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with new clients and proactively maintaining relationships with current and past clients * Providing day-to-day client facing communications, leadership and support ID Comms is an award-winning management consultancy specialising in media and advertising.
