Job Description The Software Development team at NBS are currently recruiting for a motivated and passionate UX Designer to help shape the future of user experience. You will work as part of a UX team to deliver products and services to our customers around the world. UX Design serves a vital role at NBS, from creating great user experiences for new features to the finish of every detail in our products. We are looking for passionate designers who think deeply about user needs, love to collaborate and can generate elegant solutions to complex problems. Contributing to the production of design flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals for product enhancements Collaborating closely with Software Development peers and Product Managers to ensure the implementation of a consistent, high-quality user experience across our product range Soliciting feedback from your peers and continually iterating your design work Qualifications What you should have: Industry experience in UX principles and methodologies Motivation and passion for UX and digital design Excellent written and verbal communication: for presenting your ideas and communicating every aspect of designs Strong collaboration skills across multiple disciplines Experience of industry software tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, InVision, Google Analytics, Sketch Additional Information You'll enjoy a superb benefits package including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
