Overview
Working for a growing organisation, you will champion the user journey and have a balanced role across UX and UI, and you'll be heavily involved in the end to end process across multiple work streams. What we're looking for SKILLS Exceptional UI design skills, from wireframing through to high fidelity mockups. Skilled in the use of software such as Sketch, Adobe CC, InVision Studio etc (Sketch preferred). Solid understanding of user-centred design practices. Ability to champion design-thinking and educate the wider business of its importance. Experience with various forms of user/usability testing. Experience with UX-based workshops. Knowledge of atomic design systems Experience with rapid prototyping software or other methods of prototyping such as InVision. Analytical, data-led approach to product design. Experience within a wider product team, including developers, product managers etc. Great communicator who works well as part of a team. A positive, can-do attitude. Motivated, proactive and always keen to learn. NICE TO HAVES Experience in front-end development - html / css Previous work within a start up
