Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef for our high end client. This position will be filled quickly as its a much sought after employer so don't hesitate to apply. The client is looking for applicants with a strong Sous Chef background, 1 years minimum experience in a similar job. You must be able to show leadership skills and will work on your own leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. You should have a good understanding of how to manage fresh produce and the importance of spec and stock control. You should be versed in Health and Safety, Food Safety law, how to operate and complete due diligence, be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and reporting to FOH management. The client have a strong sense of teamwork so you must be able to help maintain the BOH - FOH relationship. Smooth services get positive rewards.
