Your New Role As Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant & bar, ensuring facilities are maintained to the standards required and the departmental budgeted profitability is achieved.To also ensure that cashing up procedures are executed in accordance with company procedures and to prepare weekly rotas, to ensure adequate team members coverage and re-organise rotas in the event of absence, sickness or holidays. To meet deadlines while submitting rotas to payroll. What you will need to succeed Previous experience in F&B Management from a luxury 4/5* hotel or fine dining restaurant.
