Job Description
Site Maintenance Manager Haddenham Reporting directly to Plant Director the individual is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and functional expertise to the Plant for its asset management strategy. This position leads the Planned Maintenance (PM) strategy focused on building Employee capability and driving Employee engagement through implementation of high-performance work systems to achieve exceptional business results. The position will also Implement, maintain and manage the site's utilities (Water, Steam, Electricity & Effluent) and ensure the plant complies with all asset required safety regulations. Maintenance Manager is a member of Site Leadership Team. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Create and execute the site Planned Maintenance Pillar Plan and Strategy in line with for JTE Masterplan. * Lead and support Plant PM assessments, audits, and training. * Connect Plant, CI and Maintenance Leaders to PM methodology and progress. * Ensure the optimal technology (e.g. CMMS) is deployed to create visibility of Maintenance losses. * Lead site PM Pillar and participate in the Regional PM Pillar. * Asset management strategy is developed and deployed with 3 year plan developed, deployed and managed. * Collaborate and support of the Facility Capital Plan and provide input to Site Capital Plan. * Own and deploy standards and training materials for various PM systems, tools and processes. * Own PM KPIs including Maintenance Cost, Storeroom Inventory, and Breakdowns. * Correct and appropriate yearly maintenance plan is scheduled. * Correct and sufficient information is gathered for Life cycle costing (LCC). * Keep up to date and communicate on new technologies and techniques. * Coach and/or lead employees activities to build PM capability in Operations and Maintenance. * Understand Maintenance losses and lead Maintenance savings projects across the site. * Development of maintenance training needs analyses and matrix . * Build a Mechanical and Electrical succession plan. * Strategic workforce planning of Maintenance team to understand future skills profiles required. CANDIDATE PROFILE * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline is required * Solid experience in manufacturing operations * Experience and fluency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and PM practices. * Team and Operations Leadership experience is preferred. * Ability to rapidly change and adapt in response to market, customer, or strategy. * Proven change management and transformation experience. * Ability to provide key insights to leadership to influence priority development. * Ability to analyze data to gather actionable insights. * Ability to use appropriate root cause analysis decision tools for decision making.
