Science Teacher - Any Specialism - Secondary School - Borough of Southwark - September 2020 Start - Permanent Role * Science Teacher must have QTS * Science Teacher required for Southwark location * Science Teacher must have previous experience teaching KS3 & KS4 * Science Teacher must be available for a September 2020 start Are you an experienced Science Teacher looking for an exciting new role this September 2020? Can you confidently teach Science topics to KS3 and KS4 students? If you answered yes to the above then this Science Teacher role is for you! The Role - Science Teacher Science Teacher required to start this September 2020 on a permanent basis! The Science Teacher must be able to plan and deliver outstanding Science lessons to mixed ability classes up to KS5 level. The Science Teacher will be keen to grow and develop with the school as they offer ongoing professional development, career progression opportunities and optional teaching and learning responsibilities. The Science Teacher will be working as part of a close-knit team, additionally provided with support from the SLT to ensure that outstanding behaviour is maintained throughout the setting. Science Teacher applicants will have good subject knowledge, a teacher training qualification with science specialism, QTS and a minimum of 1-year experience teaching the national curriculum in the UK. The School - Science Teacher This secondary academy is based in a Southwark. With the bonus of London transport, the school is within easy commute to underground and bus stations as well as a staff car park for those who prefer to drive. The school caters to 1642 pupils from the immediate catchment area and are aged 11 to 19. The SLT work in partnership with parents and governors to ensure that their 'Good' Ofsted is maintained until the next inspection.
