Job Description
Lyst is a search and discovery platform for fashion which connects millions of shoppers globally with the worlds leading fashion designers and stores, giving them a simpler, more engaging buying experience. We work in small, self-managing, autonomous teams with end-to-end responsibility for a specific customer-focused project. This structure brings together Lysters from all the disciplines that are needed to deliver the squads goals. We're looking for an iOS Engineer to join us and help Lyst build and grow our product. You will work closely with our current engineers, data scientists, designers, growth and product managers to develop new product features and help us execute our product strategy. You will be working within our App Tribe in one of the mission based squads. Our goal is to build on the success of the App as a focus for the business for customers to find and buy fashion from our partners through a seamless, end-to-end experience. You will be working as part of a cross functional team to build a mobile platform that leverages our extensive data sets and provide an immersive and engaging user experience. Requirements Our application is written in Swift so it is essential that you have experience of this and building features end to end on iOS. We're looking for someone excited by working on products that are mature with a user base but with much still to learn. You will work closely with our current engineers, data scientists, designers and product managers to build the best fashion search app, in a fast-paced iterative environment. We are looking for someone with experience working on published iOS applications through the whole development life cycle and believes in proving fast. Experience in reviewing metrics together with product to monitor and evaluate the features that have shipped would be a nice to have. Familiarity with using modern development tools like continuous integration, unit testing and dependency managers. If you have experience with building / integrating code as modular frameworks it will be a bonus. Youll be working very closely to product managers and lead engineers in defining and estimating features as well as building them. Experience with web development would be a bonus.
