Job Category Sales Job Details Job Title: Senior Account Executive General Business Location: London, UK or Dublin, Ireland Department Description: Our Commercial Business Unit (CBU) serves its customers out of London or Dublin focusing on General Business customers. You will form part of a team that is highly independent, enjoys client facing interactions across multiple locations and has deep understanding of account planning. Role Description: As Salesforce continues to expand our footprint in the Middle East we are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Ohana. The candidate will be based in our Dublin or London offices and travel on average 10 days per month in the UAE and KSA to visit customers and prospects. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the region either in IT or other industries selling multi-product solutions to mid and large-sized companies and a good knowledge of the High Tech and Professional Services industries. The mission for this candidate is to deliver a net revenue number from whitespace and up-sell, this is a direct sales role where ultimate responsibility is with the AE to plan their patch, drive pipeline activities and deliver revenue. Arabic is a distinct advantage but not essential, this is an exciting role for a candidate who is self-motivated and enjoys a start-up attitude within a large company. Your Impact: + Learn Salesforce award winning products, platform and value proposition + Work in partnership with our team of Business Developers, Pre-sales and Marketers for all sales leads and sales opportunities + Account Management - proven track record in strategic account management + Drive a high volume of sales by managing the complete sales process + Up-selling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships + Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings + Managing industry events and user groups to generate market interest + Attend industry recognised sales training programmes + Further development of sales techniques through our Sales Academy, Boot camp and Sales Productivity teams Basic Requirements: + Technology sales experience (preferably Software or Business Applications) + Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement + Experience in establishing, motivating and managing a Virtual Account Team + Successful history of net new business sales + A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business + Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals + Creative and a team player + Bachelor's degree + Fluent in Arabic & English + Willingness to Travel Salesforce, the Customer Success Platform and world's #1 CRM, empowers companies to connect with their customers in a whole new way.
