LEARNING DIFFICUTLIES / SUPPORT WORKERS * £20769 Based on 42 hour contract * Days or Nights shifts available 24- 42 hours available. * Full time Permanent Positions * Christchurch or New Milton area We are currently recruiting for our clients with highly rated, Learning Difficulties Support Workers for 18-30 year old residents requirements in Christchurch and New Milton. The candidates we require will need to have a passion for helping others and actively want to help our clients service users to live fulfilling, healthy and happy lives. The ideal Learning Difficulties Support Workers will: * Have exceptional communication skills * Ensure the service users are supported at all times, promoting a safe and happy lifestyle * Work well under pressure * Have previous professional experience in this role or a care role * Know and understand non verbal communication and challenging behaviour * Support the service users with moving and handling * Work well with an elite and dynamic team * Be able to carry out personal care in a hygienic and dignified manner Our clients are offering Learning difficuties Support Workers: * An excellent rate of pay * Up to 42 hour permanent contracts and plenty of overtime if required. * Free DBS checking * Death in service benefit and pension scheme * Uniforms and meals will be provided * NVQ and other training to national recognized standards along with continuous training on the job Does this sounds like the right career move for you?
