Our Sales Academy will help you learn all about our products and service levels in your first few weeks, as well as helping you hone your sales skills so you can reach your full potential. THE ROLE You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic, driven and have a strong desire to achieve targets as well as having a confident telephone manner. We're looking for friendly, fun and chatty people who can effectively communicate, be persuasive and enjoy competition. Previous sales experience is essential, ideally in a call centre environment, but also retail or similar is considered. You will work 37.5 hours per week. We provide the perfect sales environment for you to succeed, providing warm leads which convert. No more interrupting people at home trying to flog unwanted products and no more constantly getting hung up on!
