Job Description
We are currently recruiting Head Waiters/Chef de Rang for various roles with prestigious clients based in Central London. These roles are temporary, but they may lead to full time and regular shifts for the right candidates. We offer variety of work hours as well as the benefits of working with some high profile and vibrant catering & hospitality teams within The Capital. The right candidate should have: - previous experience working in this role (you will be asked to provide references!); - ability to effortlessly deliver attentive and discreet service within intimate dining environment; - excellent knowledge of food and wine and ability to quickly become fully conversant of menus; - knowledge of table side preparation and presentation; - immaculate presentation and grooming; - clear and precise communication skills in English.
