Leading HVAC and maintenance services provider is looking for an HVAC Engineer to work mobile around London and the M25 carrying out HVAC maintenance in high profile buildings. The HVAC Engineer job is permanent paying up to £46k per annum, working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm + overtime, van provided and excellent benefits. JOB DUTIES The H VAC Engineer job will involve the following The HVAC Engineer will carry out maintenance and servicing to AHU's. The HVAC Engineer will carry out service and maintenance of vrv's, vrf's, split & multi splits. The HVAC Engineer will carry out maintenance , fault finding and repair to HVAC equipment The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for maintenance of the heating plant and pipework. The HVAC Engineer will carry out some maintenance to mechanical and electrical systems. JOB REQUIREMENTS The ideal HVAC Engineer will hold air conditioning or mechanical trade qualifications. The preferred HVAC Engineer will have previous job experience working in commercial buildings. Someone who has previously worked in a job as an AC Engineer, Heating and Ventilation Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or Gas Engineer. The HVAC Engineer will hold a full UK driving licence. JOB LOCATION The HVAC Engineer will be working around London and M25.
