Job Description
Our Client is looking to fill a Senior Maintenance Engineer job role, this is an inhouse role for a healthcare facility based near to Regents Park, London , NW1, the hours are 8am to 5pm & will be paying up to £45k per annum. JOB DUTIES The Maintenance Engineer job role will involve the following: * Preventative planned maintenance & reactive maintenance of plant & equipment. * To ensure that the buildings, medical clinics, reception areas and offices are maintained to the highest possible level, managing stock & ordering of supplies. * Implement, manage & operate the ppm plan for the building & ensure everything is maintained in line with the Company standards & requirements, including full compliance with Health & Safety regulations. * Managing external contractors when they are in the building. JOB REQUIREMENTS The candidate for the Senior Maintenance Engineer job role will ideally have the following: * Be trade qualified as an Electrician, Refrigeration Engineer, Plumber, Air Conditioning Engineer or Mechanical Fitter & have worked in a previous role as a Maintenance Engineer within the healthcare field or on a corporate site. * The role is considered to be management, the position will ideally suit someone who have worked with responsability or has some previous management in a maintenance role or has worked as a sole engineer on site and have all round skills at managing a maintenance site on their own. * Excellent computer skills, competent with microsoft office, well presented, excellent communication skills & happy to perform the 1st line maintenance tasks set out in the job role. * If the Maintenance Engineer has a IOSH, it would be a plus. JOB LOCATION The Maintenance Engineer job role is based near to Regents Park Tube Station, London NW1 5HA JOB OFFER * The Maintenance Engineer job is paying up to £45k per annum. * Hours are 8am to 5pm. * Pension & Healthcare provided.
