This team specialises in the IT aspects of complex M&A Deal Value creation related projects including IT Due Diligence and IT Merger Integration, Separation, and Carve-Out projects. They are looking to recruit a seasoned and proactive Senior Management Consultant who can take a hands-on role in the delivery of complex projects and key stakeholder relationship management. To qualify, you will have gained at least 8 years of experience within a major consulting firm OR an Industry role (ideally both), where you will have gained hands-on experience of the following:- IT Due Diligence IT Integration/Separation IT Carve-out planning and Implementation IT enabled business transformation IT Strategy IT Cost Reduction and Performance Optimisation You will ideally have gained experience in managing/developing a team and developing business through the delivery of exceptional service.
