Overview
We are seeking an experienced senior carer who has minimum 6 months experience in working in the community. ENS Recruitment is assisting a local client with Good reports from the CQC and have built good relationships with local commissioners. Their business is now expanding and they are seeking a senior carer to be based in Brentwood and would cover the Basildon and Brentwood areas. My client supports vulnerable adults with learning difficulties, those with mental health needs and elderly with dementia in their own homes. What are the requirements? Minimum 6 months community care and team leading or senior experience Good administrative and communication skills Flexibility to work every other weekend You will also have a Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle The salary offered is £20,000 to £21,000 per annum, depending on how much admin work is required.
