Job Description

Hospital@Home service is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced nurse to join their team based at Mid Essex NHS Hospital Trust providing treatments to patients within the Mid Essex area. The service provides a range of treatments coordinated by the hospital, but delivered in the patients' homes. These treatments range from IV antibiotics to wound care and monitoring, incorporating new innovative technologies, for which you will receive training for. If you enjoy holistic one to one care, with the time to really support your patients, then this is the job for you. The role is predominantly based in the community, therefore you will need to have a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle that can be used for work purposes.
