Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer (JavaScript React Node). Do you like to use a range of technology, take ownership and work directly with clients? As a Full Stack Developer you'll spend the majority of your time working on-site with clients, mainly within the finance sector, where you'll be tackling a range of projects and will be able to have a large influence on technology choice allowing you to deliver world-class solutions. Working directly with clients on projects lasting between 3 - 12 months, you will take on a consultancy approach: gathering requirements, discussing and suggesting ideas and technology choices and managing as well as influencing the clients. The company design and build software that transforms the performance of some of the world's largest organisations and only take on challenging and truly interesting projects that will allow you to utilise and develop your web development skills with JavaScript as well as learning other languages and technologies dependant on the project and across the full technology stack, you'll be working with modern architectures including microservices; front end frameworks, cloud based systems, data streaming platforms and serverless architectures. Requirements: Strong web development background with indepth JavaScript skills Strong knowledge of JavaScript libraries / frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Node) Knowledge of other software development languages e.g. PHP, Python, C# .Net. Java Aptitude, ability and desire to pick up new technologies Familiar with Cloud based technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform GCP) Strong analysis and problem solving skills Excellent communication skills, collaborative and pragmatic with the ability to explain complex technical issues Degree educated; 2.1 or above gained in Computer Science or similar technical / scientific discipline from a top tier university As a Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer you will earn a competitive salary (to £85k) plus benefits.
