Outline of the role: Ownership of the Scitech IT Helpdesk Portal and general maintenance of computer equipment, to assist with the day to day resolution of technical problems and document management. Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem and determines and implements solution on a day-to-day basis across the business. The successful candidate: The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter who can demonstrate practical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. You will be customer oriented and a flexible team player and you will have a relevant IT related qualification or current experience of working in an IT department. What’s in it for you?
