This is the perfect opportunity for someone currently in a Senior 1st Line or Junior 2nd Line position looking to move up in their career. You will be responsible for the effective delivery of server infrastructure and database support, providing a single point-of-contact for the clients managed services customers, ensuring that the end-to-end customer experience is positive, consistent and high quality.
