2nd Line Support Consultant / Discoverer £140-£170 a Day Northampton Skills:- Desktop Support, XP, Windows7, Exchange, Active Directory, SBS, Server 2003/2008, IIS, TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN, SCCM, SCOM, WDS, Citrix, VMware, Cisco, Outlook, Support, Systems administration, Engineer, 1st line support, 2nd line Support, MCDST, MCITP, MCSE Citrix, CCNA, Application Discoverer, We are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer / Desktop Support Consultant / Application Discoverer to join a fast paced Microsoft Consultancy working on site in Northampton . As a Microsoft expert in 2nd line support / Desktop issues you'll ideally be MCSE or MCSA or MCITS or MCDST certified with excellent skills in supporting Windows XP Vista and windows 10, coupled Exchange, Active Directory skills ideally from a busy support desk environment. As a Discoverer you'll be Gathering and verifying application requirements and documenting the application configuration process prior to application packaging. You'll have experience of Supporting Windows Server 2003 / 2008, Ideally any experience of WDS - Windows Deployment Services would be a big benefit.
