Overview
Dean Healthcare are currently recruiting for Healthcare Assistants to join our ever growing and friendly team We work with clients all over Gloucestershire from independent homes through to national organisations. If you are a Healthcare Assistant looking for more flexibility, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you We can offer you full time or part time hours during the week and weekends and the shifts you work is completely down to you. You will have the flexibility each week to choose your own shift pattern to work around your lifestyle. The Role: We are looking for Healthcare Assistants who have excellent communication skills and have a minimum of 9 months experience within care. You will be supporting and caring for vulnerable people with different needs in a variety of care settings including nursing and residential homes. Your daily responsibilities will be personal care, assisting with meal times, supporting and encouraging service users with daily activities, moving and handling. You will be provided with free specialist training courses to meet the needs of the clients and to also help you develop your skills and knowledge.
