I have taken on an amazing opportunity with a local wedding store who specialise in designer wedding attire to give you an exceptional and unforgettable experience. They are looking to recruit a proven and exceptional manager to join their team. As a store Manager you will - Be responsible for the stores merchandising and presentation - Ensuring everything is always in perfect condition to give the best 1st impressions. Manage and motivate a team to increase Sales and efficiency. Book appointments, manage invoices Maintain and motivate using social media platforms. Dealing with staffing issues such as Interviews and appraisals Respond to customer complaints and comments appropriately Be able to attend trade shows a few times a year with some international travel Be on point in market trends within the retail industry There are lots of other tasks and again this really is a wonderful and unique opportunity to come on locally.
