Customer Service Advisor required in Cardiff. Are you looking for a new role as a Customer Service Advisor in Cardiff? Our client is a Franchise Approved Dealer in Cardiff, who is looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Advisor for their busy Dealer. Hours of work for this role as a Customer Service Advisor are 45 hour week Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00am-1:00pm Working as part of a team you will be responsible for booking in vehicles for scheduled maintenance and services as well as repair and warranty work. You will be expected to sell Service Plans, additional work and extended warranty plans. On target earning are based on add-on sales with a starting salary based on experience likely to be around £20,000 pa.
