Overview
Manufacturing Operatives: In order to meet consistently growing demand a number of Manufacturing Operatives with a desire to work in a world-class manufacturing environment are required to join the leading UK designer, manufacturer and installer of high-end bespoke aluminium glasshouses and conservatories for high net worth individuals. The successful candidates will join our experienced factory team, preparing and powder coating aluminium extrusions and profiles of our products. The ideal applicant will have some experience of manufacturing, but if you are hardworking and diligent then you are right for us. Skills & Experience Ability to use electrostatic powder coating guns or pre-treat systems (training will be provided) Experience of aluminium grinding/prepping extrusions for pre-treatment Ability to work in a small team Flexible (multi-skilling is encouraged) Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines Accuracy and attention to detail Take pride in work At Alitex we are passionate about all that grows – this means that whilst we take great pride in our products & service, we are also absolutely committed to providing a great working environment and taking each member of the team on a development journey.
